This policy describes how CodeTicks and Clipzie LLC (collectively, “we”) handle information through our websites and our private internal advertising tools, including the Sharkey's Clipzie integration with Meta and Google advertising services.

Information we collect

We may collect information that you submit through our website, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, and message. Our internal advertising integration accesses only the advertising accounts and business assets that an authorized administrator connects. That data may include account identifiers, campaign configuration, ad creative, budgets, delivery status, aggregate performance statistics, and conversion-event counts.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, operate our businesses, create and manage our own advertising campaigns, measure aggregate campaign performance, verify that advertisements lead to the correct location, improve customer acquisition, secure our systems, and comply with applicable obligations.

Meta platform data

The Sharkey's Clipzie app is an internal tool used only by Clipzie LLC and authorized operators. It uses Meta permissions such as advertising read and management access solely to work with Clipzie LLC’s own authorized ad accounts, Pages, and related business assets. It is not offered to the general public, does not sell Meta platform data, and does not use platform data for unrelated third parties.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information or advertising platform data. We may use service providers that help us host, secure, automate, or analyze our systems, subject to appropriate access restrictions. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.

Security and retention

Advertising credentials are stored in encrypted credential systems and are not embedded in source code or public documents. Access is limited to authorized operators. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, security, audit, and legal requirements.

Your choices and deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided to us. An administrator can also disconnect the Meta integration at any time from Meta Business settings. For instructions and requests, see our data deletion page or contact us.
